Each Serene Clean Home may follow a slightly different structure. Some are peer-run while others have designated house managers. While each house has its own rules and model, all homes share the same commitment to safety, support, and recovery-focused living.

• Random UA testing to maintain accountability

• WiFi & Netflix for comfort and connection

• A recovery-focused and low-barrier environment that meets residents where they're at.

• Access to detox resources and continued support in the event of a relapse

• Fresh linens and a clean, fully furnished home

• Laundry soap, toilet paper, and basic cleaning supplies provided

• A donation closet with clean clothing and essentials

• Resume and job search assistance for those seeking employment

• Ongoing operator support, including collaboration with case managers, probation officers, treatment providers, and community organizations, with resident consent

• A commitment to treating every resident with dignity, compassion, and respect.
