Our Story
Every person involved with Serene Clean Homes is in recovery or has a family member in recovery. We provide a clean, comfortable, stable living environment where recovery comes first.
Our owners started Serene Clean LLC with a mission to raise the the standard of sober living homes across Washington state and a desire to support and give back. Founded by members in recovery or with family members directly affected by addiction, we understand the challenges of clean & sober living after treatment. We have seen the success of a positive group environment, as well as it's shortcomings, and these experiences have built our foundation.
Our recovery homes are a safe place where residents are empowered to engage in their personal recovery and work together with fellow residents as a community We are happy to work with your treatment center, family, counselor, and any other recovery program regarding after-care plans and help our client follow through with their commitment to recovery.

Meet The Team

Gonz (Trig) Rea - Co-Founder & Operations Director
Gonzalo’s leadership at Serene Clean Homes is deeply rooted in personal experience and a genuine desire to help others transform their lives. After serving time in prison, he reentered society through a sober-living home—an experience that helped him regain stability, but also opened his eyes to how much more support people truly need.
Although Gonzalo believes that structure and accountability are essential to recovery, he’s also passionate about the importance of grace. He witnessed how the standard “15 minutes to pack and go” approach has defined recovery housing for decades—and knew there had to be a better way. At Serene Clean Homes, relapse isn’t met with punishment—it’s met with intervention. Residents are given the choice to go to detox and try again, because Gonzalo believes that people are more than their mistakes. They need compassion. They need hope. And most importantly, they need to know they matter.
Drawing on his journey, Gonzalo helps create an environment where people feel supported, seen, and empowered to change. His day-to-day decisions are informed by real experience, ensuring that Serene Clean Homes continues to raise the standard in recovery housing.
When he’s not leading operations, Gonzalo enjoys quality time with his five kids, his fiancée & Co-Founder (Allisa), and their two French Bulldogs. He also loves riding his street bike and staying active—living proof that a different life is always possible.

Chubbz' The Frenchie
Chubbz is the real MVP of the team. He is always eager to provide therapeutic snuggles, love, and kisses to house members, peers, and visitors.

Allisa Calf-Looking - Founder & Administrative Director
Meet Allisa Calf-Looking, the visionary Owner of Serene Clean Homes. Allisa's journey is deeply rooted in personal connection and a heartfelt commitment to supporting those in recovery. As an individual who knows firsthand the damaging effects of addiction, she is thankful for the opportunity to share her testimony of miraculous transformation to inspire, encourage, and empower individuals who want to live a prosperous life.
Allisa’s journey to founding Serene Clean Homes is deeply personal. Raised in a home marked by addiction and generational dysfunction, she experienced the chaos and instability that come with cycles of substance use. By age 13, she began rebelling and got caught up with the wrong crowd—choices that eventually led to drugs, drinking, and being charged as an adult at just 16. She spent time in both adult jail and juvenile prison, where she had a pivotal realization: she didn’t want her story to end there.
Even amid her struggle, Allisa knew she wanted to help people. She wanted to create change, give back, and build something meaningful for those who could relate to the path she had walked. That vision became the foundation of Serene Clean Homes—a program built on lived experience, compassion, and the belief that recovery should offer support and grace, not punishment.
Having witnessed the transformation of recovery in her parents and so many residents over the years, Allisa remains passionate about building a lasting beacon of hope. She leads Serene Clean Homes with purpose, creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to rebuild their lives.
Outside of work, Allisa enjoys quality time with her fiancé & Co-Founder (Gonzalo), the kids, and their two French Bulldogs. She also finds peace in writing poetry, working out, and being surrounded by family.
